By using any free plugins, or purchasing the Supporter Role for P-UZ Plugins (Polar - UZPlugins), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
The Supporter Role grants you access to exclusive benefits and support related to P-UZ Plugins. This support includes assistance with plugin-related issues and inquiries to the best of our ability.
You agree to never attempt to deobfuscate, reverse engineer, modify, re-sell, or tamper with any plugins provided by P-UZ Plugins. Any unauthorized attempts to alter or manipulate our plugins will result in immediate termination of your Supporter Role and revocation of plugin privileges.
Violation of any of the terms outlined in this agreement, including attempting to "crack" our plugins, or using any stolen or �cracked� plugins, spreading false information, or insulting staff will result in immediate termination of your Discord server membership and the revocation of your plugin privileges. If you are banned for breaking the rules, no refund will be issued. If we also find you to be a nuisance, and contribute nothing to the server, but wasting staff's time, you may also be banned with no explanation needed. We will not spend hours and hours trying to help someone who doesn�t want help.
While we are committed to providing assistance, we expect Supporters to engage in respectful and courteous communication. Spamming or constant harassment regarding plugin-related matters will be considered a breach of our rules and may result in the termination of support privileges, or even termination of your subscription. This also applies to users using explicit or disregarding respect to any staff member.
The term "lifetime" in this context refers to the operational lifespan of the game or our ability to provide plugins. P-UZ Plugins reserves the right to discontinue support for any reason, in which case the Supporter Role will no longer be valid.
Refunds are not applicable after 24 hours of purchase for any reason unless overridden by a staff member (Owner).
These Terms of Service, including anything regarding the lifetime duration of support, apply to any plugin or product purchased within this Discord server.
P-UZ Plugins reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review and adhere to the most current version of the Terms of Service.
